Licensed since 1983, Bill Eshenbaugh has been active in brokerage and land
development in the Tampa Bay area for over two decades. He’s been active as a
Director or Officer in most of the major real estate organizations as well and
has been a dedicated senior instructor for the Realtors Land Institute (RLI).
Recent honors include induction into RLI’s Education Hall of Fame and 2003 Land
Realtor of America.
Bill makes his home in Clearwater, Florida and is married to Lynda Keever, native
Floridian, who is Publisher of Florida Trend Magazine and was honored as
Governor Bush’s choice for Florida’s Women’s Hall of Fame.hing, Bill enjoys fly fishing and riding horses near their second home in Utah.

Mr. Sampson joined the Eshenbaugh Land Company in May 2005 as a Land Associate. Since joining, Sampson has been actively involved in land listings and contracts in excess of $100 million dollars. Ryan earned his license as a Licensed Real Estate Sales Broker-Associate in 2007 in the state of Florida. He also earned his ALC designation (Accredited Land Consultant) and his CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) as perhaps the youngest to ever earn both in the nation at the age of 24. Both designations are awarded only after meeting stringent education and experience requirements.
FGCAR honored him in the winter of 2007 as the "Rookie of the Year" for top production and he ranked third in the overall land sales category for Regional firms in the FGCAR Pinnacle Awards for 2006.
Sampson is actively involved in the Realtor’s Land Institute (RLI) and is the Treasurer for the Florida Chapter. He also was a founding board member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Young Leader Tampa Bay program and is currently the communications chairperson. In addition, Ryan is on the board of directors and represents the Developing Leaders (under 35) for the Tampa chapter of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). He is also involved with Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association of Realtors (FGCAR), Real Estate Investment Council (REIC), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and The Tampa Bay Builders Association (TBBA).
Prior to joining Eshenbaugh Land Company, Mr. Sampson was a student at Florida State University where he received his Bachelors Degree in Real Estate.
Mr. Sampson and Mr. Eshenbaugh together were recognized by FGCAR for the 2007 Land Deal of the Year and by the Tampa Bay Business Journal for their Top Land Deal. Both were awarded for handling an outstanding land sale and demonstrating that the team provided outstanding service to the client.

Nancy Surak is a land specialist focusing on land sales transactions in Pasco and
Hernando Counties. She is a resident of Land O'Lakes in Pasco County and has family
that has lived in Hernando County for nearly 30 years. She was honored by the Florida
Gulfcoast Association of Realtors for 2006 as a Million Dollar + Producer. In the Fall of
2007, she was elected to the Pasco Economic Development Council Board of Directors
as well as Leadership Tampa Bay Board of Directors. Prior to joining Eshenbaugh,
Nancy was West Coast Director of Business Development for Nodarse & Associates,
Inc. a Florida based geotechnical and environmental engineering firm. She has over 16
years of sales and marketing experience and is a graduate of both Louisiana State
University and the University of Florida. Nancy achieved her highest land
acknowledgement with the bestowment of the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC)
designation on her in March 2007.
Nancy is a graduate of both Leadership Pasco and Leadership Tampa Bay and is also
an active member in good standing of the National Association of Industrial and Office
Properties (NAIOP) Tampa Bay, Urban Land Institute (ULI), Tampa Bay Builders
Association (TBBA), Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Tampa Bay, Florida Gulf
Coast Association of Commercial Realtors (FGCAR), and the International Council
of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Lynda Keever served as Publisher of Florida Trend, a 50-year old leading business magazine for the past 18 years and was the first and only woman to hold that position. She retired in April 2009. Ms. Keever joined her husband, Bill Eshenbaugh, as Executive Vice President of Eshenbaugh Land Company.
A fifth-generation Floridian, Ms. Keever was inducted into the Florida Women’s Hall of Fame. In naming her to the Hall of Fame, then Gov. Jeb Bush described her as a woman “who has done extraordinary things during a lifetime filled with support for economic development and education”.
A graduate of Manatee Junior College and Florida State University with a BA in government and a minor in business administration, Ms. Keever received the LeRoy Collins Distinguished Community College Alumni of the Year Award. She was named a Florida State University "Grads Made Good". The Independent Colleges and Universities of Florida (ICUF) named her the Business Leader of the Year. The Florida Association of Colleges and Universities (FACU) recently honored Ms. Keever for her service to higher education.
While the publisher of Florida Trend Magazine, Ms. Keever served as a board member for Enterprise Florida, the Florida Chamber of Commerce and the Florida Research Consortium. She has been a long-time member of the Florida Economic Development Council and an alumnus of Leadership Florida. The Jim Moran Institute for Global Entrepreneurship at FSU honored her as Entrepreneurial Advocate of the Year.
Prior to joining Florida Trend Magazine, Ms. Keever learned the inner working of the residential real estate industry and gained professional experience including 10 years as publisher of a new home magazine in the Tampa Bay area. She received the Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM) designation 25 years ago and is a past-president of Housing Guides of America. Previously the Builders Association of Greater Tampa Bay honored Ms. Keever as Associate of the Year. She was awarded the Pinellas County Contractors and Builders Association President’s Cup for service to the housing industry.
Ms. Keever resides in Clearwater with her husband and business partner, Bill Eshenbaugh, CCIM, ALC, president of Tampa-based Eshenbaugh Land Company and well known in commercial circles as “The Dirt Dog”.
