CCIM - Bill Eshenbaugh holds the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) from the CCIM Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.
This is the highest and most prestigious professional designation that a commercial broker can achieve.
Bill has chaired the Florida Marketing committee and the Designation Promotion Committees for the Florida CCIM Chapter for a number of years.
ALC - Bill holds the Accredited Land consultant (ALC) designation form the Realtors Land Institute (RLI), an affiliate of the National Association on of Realtors who focus on land transactions and activities. Bill is author and Senior instructor of the RLI and teaches their course “Site Selection” nationally.
Bill twice served as the Florida RLI Chapter President and has twice been the “Florida Land Broker of the Year” in 1996 & 1998.
FGCAR - Bill was a founding member and has served 6 years as a Director of the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors (FGCAR). Twice, he chaired their Property Showcase and twice chaired their Land Specialty committee for meetings.
Since 1999, he has been recognized as one of the most productive Land Brokers.
NAIOP - Bill has been a Director of the Tampa Chapter of National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) and has chaired specialty tours for Pinellas and Pasco Counties.
