We walk the soil of every property we represent or pursue. We are experts on easements and entitlements and land-use history. We understand a property’s environmental characteristics and diverse wildlife habitats. We know this land.

Throughout central Florida, Eshenbaugh Land Company is the land deal authority. We know who to talk to, what to talk about, where to find answers, when to act, and how to connect people and deals together.

Because we’re easy to talk to and easy to understand, our customers trust us. And we trust them.

Team Certifications

Our team is trained and certified to bring the highest levels of land brokerage expertise to every transaction. In every contract, our depth of experience is put to work to make even the most complex land deals happen. Eshenbaugh Land Company’s everyday value to customers is to bring them the advanced education and training which is signified by these important designations:

Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM)

Most of our agents have completed a designation curriculum that covers essential CCIM skill sets including ethics, interest-based negotiation, financial analysis, user decision analysis, and investment analysis for commercial investment and real estate. CCIMs have completed a portfolio demonstrating the depth of their commercial real estate experience. CCIMs have demonstrated their proficiency in the CCIM skill sets by successfully completing a comprehensive examination. Only then is a designation candidate awarded the coveted CCIM pin, joining the ranks of highly skilled commercial and investment real estate experts.

Accredited Land Consultant (ALC)

Accredited Land Consultants are more that land professionals. They’re the most accomplished, the most experienced and the highest performing land experts across the country – whether they specialize in agricultural land, timberland, ranch and recreational properties or vacant land development. Achieving the ACL designation isn’t easy. It requires successful completion of a rigorous education program, a proven track record of performance, and a commitment to professionalism. When a land specialist becomes an Accredited Land Consultant, that individual joins a select network of real estate professionals who work together to build and share knowledge, develop trusted relationships, and expand business opportunities. The
REALTORS® Land Institute confers the esteemed Accredited Land Consultant (ACL) designation to only those individuals who have achieved the highest level of education, experience and professionalism.
