Koehler is now among the most dedicated land professionals from around the globe, joining an elite group of over 1,300 land specialists. Jack also joins a rare group of less than 35 land professionals in Florida that hold both the ALC and the CCIM professional designations. About Jack Koehler
Jack brings his variety of experiences and extensive knowledge to every potential deal to help him better serve buyers and sellers. As a licensed real estate broker associate and a second-generation Tampa real estate professional, he is drawn to all aspects of development and has been involved in land transactions across Central Florida totaling over 2,300 acres.
He is the current chair of the Real Estate Investment Council’s (REIC) Young Professionals Group, current co-chair of the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Young Leaders Group, active member of the Realtors Land Institute (RLI) and Florida Gulf Coast Association of Realtors (FGCAR). Jack has received the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and just this January became President Elect of CCIM’s Executive Board of Directors 2020.
