on March 8, 2017, Bill represented the Seller. The site consists of five

parcels and is north of the existing community of “Longleaf”, a

TAMPA, Fla. (September 30, 2016) – Ryan Sampson, ALC, CCIM, and Bill Eshenbaugh,

ALC, CCIM closed a land sale for 5.38-acre apartment site at 1000 N. Ashley Drive,

Tampa on September 23, 2016 for $13,076,000. Ryan represented the seller, Denholtz

Associates in the transaction.

Crescent Communities, the buyer, plans to build two five-story buildings, according to

plans filed with the City of Tampa. A six-and- a-half- story parking garage will also be part

of the development. This will be a great addition to the Tampa Bay Riverwalk area!

147.97-acre residential subdivision, Willow Hammock, planned for 299 fully engineer lots

at 5000 37th Street E, Palmetto, FL, on August 24, 2016 for $3,075,000. Eshenbaugh

represented the Seller SoHo Mendoza LLC in the transaction, the Buyer was Willow

Lane Holdings, LLC.
