ALC, CCIM closed a land sale for 5.38-acre apartment site at 1000 N. Ashley Drive,

Tampa on September 23, 2016 for $13,076,000. Ryan represented the seller, Denholtz

Associates in the transaction.

Crescent Communities, the buyer, plans to build two five-story buildings, according to

plans filed with the City of Tampa. A six-and- a-half- story parking garage will also be part

of the development. This will be a great addition to the Tampa Bay Riverwalk area!

The property was a developed 183 lot equestrian subdivision owned by Heartland 7, LLC a subsidiary of BBX Capital.
