J. Michael Strahan, MAB has been awarded the prestigious Accredit Land Consultant (ALC) designation. The Realtors Land Institute (RLI), the land affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, recently announced this.
Designees are only selected after they have completed a series of advanced land education courses, including land investment analysis and land tax deferred exchanges. He was also required to write a detailed narrative on 5 transactions to further demonstrate his skills in soliciting, listing, marketing, contracting and closing.
Michael is an agricultural land specialist member of Eshenbaugh Land Company. He graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Operations Management and a Master of Science degree in Agribusiness.
Michael is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida, 4th generation Floridian and resident of Tampa. He is a member of Florida Citrus Mutual, Florida Cattlemen’s Association, Society of Real Estate Professionals, and Real Estate Investment Council.

Eshenbaugh Land Company Sweeps the 2017 Regional Land category for the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors. The Award ceremony was held on March 28, 2018 at the Florida Aquarium. Bill Eshenbaugh placed 1st by land sales, Ryan Sampson placed 2nd and Chris Bowers placed 3rd. In additional Ryan Sampson won the Land Deal of the Year Award and Eshenbaugh Land Company was named Best Brokerage Firm of the year for 2017.
Ryan Sampson, ALC Receives Three REALTORS® Land Institute APEX Awards
March 16, 2018 (Tampa) – Ryan Sampson, ALC with Eshenbaugh Land from Tampa, FL, has received the Broker of the Year in Commercial Land Sales Award. Additionally, Ryan Sampson and Bill Eshenbaugh both were named as APEX 2017 Top Twenty Producer’s as well as a part of the APEX Producers Club by the Realtors® Land Institute. Ryan and Bill received these awards during the APEX Awards Program Ceremony at RLI’s National Land Conference hosted this year in Nashville, TN, on March 13.
