Tampa based land brokers Bill Eshenbaugh, ALC, CCIM and Tyler Woody of Eshenbaugh Land Company, sold 29.79± acres for $1,100,000 in Hernando County, Florida. They represented the seller in this deal to the buyer, LandBuilder, who has plans to develop and build 190 townhome units.
This is a milestone deal because this was Tyler’s first listing he worked on. He listed this property during his Senior semester at Florida State University in late March of 2021 and was able to get under contract by August of the same year. They officially closed on June 28th, 2023, a full 2± year project.
“This goes to show how land deals are not an overnight success, they take time, effort, and even more time. This will be one deal that I will always remember,” said Tyler Woody.
