Eshenbaugh Land Company is pleased to announce that Jack Koehler, ALC, CCIM has successfully closed on multiple land transactions in Ruskin, FL, totaling $3,545,000. These deals highlight the ongoing growth and investment in the Ruskin area, a rapidly expanding market in Hillsborough County.
The first transaction involved the sale of 6.2± acres off College Avenue in Ruskin, where Jack represented the sellers in a $2.6 million deal. The buyer plans to develop the site into a future Goodwill retail location, bringing new commerce and employment opportunities to the area.
In the second transaction, Jack collaborated with Bill Eshenbaugh to represent the sellers in the sale of 1.8 acres along US 41. The property sold for $945,000 and was acquired as an investment property, reflecting continued demand for well-positioned commercial real estate in Ruskin.
