The CCIM Dealmakers Awards celebrate outstanding commercial real estate professionals whose transactions demonstrate creativity, complexity, and meaningful community impact. Bill’s winning deal perfectly embodies all three.
A Transformative Deal in Pasco County
Bill earned the award for brokering Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital’s $21 million purchase of 114 acres at the northeast corner of I-75 and Overpass Road in Pasco County, Florida.
The site is slated for a 365,000-square-foot hospital — a transformative addition to Tampa Bay’s medical landscape — and is part of a larger rezoning that also allows:
- 1,275 multifamily units
- 155,000 SF of retail space
- 150,000 SF of office
- 250,000 SF of medical office
- 250 hotel rooms
The project will serve as a major economic and healthcare catalyst for the growing Wesley Chapel–San Antonio corridor, one of Florida’s fastest-developing regions.
