
Tampa, FL, October 2nd, 2025 – Eshenbaugh Land Company is pleased to announce the successful closing of five major land transactions in the past week across Florida, totaling more than $21.1 million. The deals—ranging from large-scale residential development to RV storage and commercial pads—underscore the continued demand for well-located land throughout the state.
In one of the largest transactions, Jack Koehler and Bill Eshenbaugh brokered the sale of 154± acres on the east side of Shady Hills Road in Spring Hill, FL. The $12,126,468 purchase marks the second phase of the Del Webb River Reserve community, which is planned for future residential development. The deal reflects growing demand for active adult housing and master-planned communities in Hernando County.
Chris Bowers represented the seller in the $1,195,000 sale of 5.84± acres at the southwest corner of I-75 and Cortez Blvd, fronting Nature Coast Blvd in Brooksville, FL. The buyer intends to use it for commercial purposes making it ideal located near major traffic corridors.
Ryan Sampson closed the $2,300,000 sale of 2.97± acres at 10416 Bloomingdale Ave in Riverview, FL. The buyer plans to develop the property into an RV and boat storage facility, catering to the growing number of homeowners and recreational users in the South Hillsborough County market.
In Hudson, FL, Tyler Woody brokered two transactions totaling 107.1± acres and $5,500,000. The buyer intends to develop 321 single-family lots across the assemblage off Hudson Ave.
