At the 2025 FGCAR Pinnacle Awards, Eshenbaugh Land Company brokers swept the Top Producer Regional – Land category:

In addition to his top producer ranking, Chris Bowers was recognized with the prestigious Land Deal of the Year award for his standout $10,623,000 closing of Quarry Lakes Ranch, a 500-acre property in Sumter County, FL.

Bill, also known as “The Dirt Dog,” has played a foundational role in shaping the land brokerage industry through his decades of experience, ethical leadership, and dedication to education.
“I was listening to the District President announce the creation of the new Legacy Award and as I sat there, trying to decide who in the room had been selected. I narrowed it down to two CCIMs, never thinking it was for me. I was deeply moved to be honored by my peers and competitors and flattered they would select me,” said Bill.
He honored all CCIMs for their commitment to education and better service for their clients through their CCIM knowledge and the tools available to brokers through the CCIM program.
