Chris represented the seller in the sale of approximately 160 acres along McLaughlin Trail in Homosassa, FL. The property sold for $1,050,000 and was purchased by a private investor for recreational purposes.
Additionally, Chris represented DRB Homes in the $5,900,000 purchase of a 20+ acre property off Handcart Road in Wesley Chapel, FL. This property will be developed into a 144-unit townhouse community named Twin Oaks Townhomes, featuring amenities such as a pool, pavilion, and playground.
