Jack Koehler, CCIM and Michael Strahan, ALC represented the Sellers in the sale of 315 acres of improved pasture and citrus groves to Tampa Electric Company for their Mountain View solar project. The 55-MW solar facility is located on Blanton Road in Dade City.
