Hernando County, FL, with the last 300± acres selling for $6,000,000. This milestone concludes a three phase transaction, with the total sale price reaching $18 million.
The property, characterized by rolling hills covered with mature oak trees and the seasonal waters of
Lake Hideaway, is located at the southeast corner of Weeping Willow Road and Star Road, along U.S.
Highway 19, north of State Road 50 and Hexam Road. It was originally listed in 2013 and faced rezoning,
developmental challenges, and a multi-phase closing process, culminating in the successful closing of
the final phase now.
