October 26th, 2023-Tampa, FL-Written By Nick Cannella

Michael Strahan, ALC, CCIM, MAB of Eshenbaugh Land Company, represented the seller in this $6,000,000 deal for 390± acres in Avon Park, FL. The property is located at 3073 County Road 627 just north of the city of Avon Park situated on Lake Pythias. The buyer has plans for future residential development.

“Essentially, this is the third property I’ve sold for this client in Highlands County (aka the Heartland). It was a citrus grove that unfortunately has fallen off dramatically due to greening. Fortunately, we were able to find a buyer that has a vision for it and we look forward to seeing that come to fruition over the next few years,” said Strahan.
