About Jack Koehler
Jack brings his variety of experiences and extensive knowledge to every potential deal to help better serve buyers and sellers. As a licensed real estate broker associate and a second-generation Tampa real estate professional, he is drawn to all aspects of development and has been involved in land transactions across Central Florida totaling over 4,500 acres.
Jack graduated from the Harbert College of Business at Auburn University with a degree in Business Administration. He is a board member of the Real Estate Investment Council (REIC), board member of the Tampa Bay Builders Association (TBBA), and is an active member of the Realtors Land Institute (RLI) and Florida Gulf Coast Association of Realtors (FGCAR). Jack also served as the 2021 President of the Florida CCIM West Coast District.
